Vent Program Manager Respiratory Therapist
We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to serve as a Vent Program Manager and oversee ventilator care services for patients requiring long-term or complex respiratory support. This role involves coordinating ventilator management programs, guiding clinical staff, ensuring adherence to care protocols, and supporting high-quality respiratory treatment for all patients.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the ventilator program, including patient assessments and ventilator management.

Develop, implement, and monitor ventilator care protocols to ensure consistent, effective treatment.

Provide clinical guidance and training to respiratory staff on ventilator use, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and other care providers to coordinate comprehensive respiratory care plans.

Monitor clinical outcomes, maintain documentation accuracy, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Serve as a resource for complex respiratory cases and support smooth program workflow.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).

Experience with ventilator-dependent patients and respiratory program coordination preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage program operations effectively.
Pay Rate
$17 - $17/year
