Job Title: LPN – Nursing Home
Shift: 5 PM to 5:30 PM
Days: Tue, Wed, Thur
Duration: 10 weeks
Job Description:
The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to medical standards and facility policies.
Responsibilities:

Provide bedside nursing care, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.

Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the RN or physician.

Document all care and observations accurately in medical records.

Assist with daily living activities and ensure residents’ well-being.

Support and supervise CNAs and other staff members as needed.

Maintain compliance with infection control and safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Active LPN license (state-specific).

Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.

Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills.
Pay Rate
$36.51 - $39.71/hour
