Job Title: Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: Camp Hill, PA 17011
Shift: Days 3x10-Hour (30 hrs/week)

Job Type: 13-week Contract
Position Summary:
A cardiac cath lab technologist assists physicians with diagnostic and interventional heart procedures by preparing and maintaining equipment, monitoring patients, operating imaging equipment, and documenting procedures. Key responsibilities include ensuring patient safety and comfort, assisting in emergencies, and managing lab supplies and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help cardiologists with catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, and other electrophysiology procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field and equipment, operate imaging equipment like fluoroscopy machines, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Continuously monitor and report patient vital signs during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and recognizing and responding to adverse events.
- Administer medications under the direct supervision of a physician.
- Certified/Registered Radiologic Technologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2 year experience
Pay Rate
$76.18 - $79.38/hour
