Surgical Technologist (Surgical Tech)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to assist surgeons and the operating room team in delivering safe and efficient surgical care. The Surgical Tech will prepare instruments and equipment, maintain a sterile field, support surgical procedures, and ensure a smooth workflow before, during, and after operations.
Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and sterile supplies for procedures.

Assist surgeons by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.

Anticipate surgical team needs and respond quickly during procedures.

Handle specimens safely and accurately according to protocols.

Perform surgical counts and ensure proper instrument tracking.

Clean, restock, and prepare equipment for upcoming procedures.
Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.

Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures.

Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.

Experience in operating room or perioperative settings preferred.
Pay Rate
$49.10 - $52.30/hour
