Job Title: Stock Person
Job Summary:
The Stock Person is responsible for receiving, unloading, pricing, and stocking merchandise in accordance with operational guidelines. This role ensures that the store is well-stocked, merchandise is organized, and inventory levels are accurate to support a smooth shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Unload shipments and verify merchandise against delivery documents.

Price and label merchandise accurately.

Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to store guidelines.

Maintain organized and clean stockrooms and sales floors.

Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to management.

Assist with store operations as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in stocking, warehousing, or retail operations.

Ability to lift and move merchandise safely.

Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management systems or retail point-of-sale systems.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Working Conditions:

Physical work including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays based on store needs.
Pay Rate
$18.19 - $23.07/hour
