Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. The Speech Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with the care team to support improved communication, functional ability, and quality of life across pediatric, adult, or geriatric populations.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication, speech clarity, language skills, and swallowing function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, home exercises, and progress expectations
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support safe, patient-centered, and evidence-based care practices
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Clinical experience in speech, language, or swallowing therapy preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-education abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare or therapy setting
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
