Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with communication, speech, voice, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop individualized therapy plans to help patients improve their functional communication skills and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Provide direct therapy to improve speech articulation, fluency, voice, and comprehension.

Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and strategies for continued improvement.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals to coordinate care.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes.

Promote patient safety and well-being throughout the therapy process.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Minimum of one year of experience in speech and language therapy preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Pay Rate
$54.22 - $57.42/hour
