Speech Language Pathologist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.The SLP will develop and implement individualized therapy plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patients in achieving optimal communication and functional outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and therapeutic goals.

Provide direct therapy using evidence-based practices to improve communication and swallowing function.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, progress, and strategies for continued improvement.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other team members to coordinate care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary case reviews.

Stay current with professional standards, therapeutic techniques, and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications:

Current and active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Prior experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or educational settings preferred.

Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
