Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality evaluation and therapy services to patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, or swallowing disorders. The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to help patients achieve optimal communication and swallowing function.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s goals and abilities

  • Provide therapy to improve articulation, language comprehension, expressive communication, and social communication skills

  • Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies for continued progress at home

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to maximize outcomes

  • Utilize evidence-based practices and stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology

  • Promote a positive, supportive, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications:

  • Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred

  • Prior experience in a clinical, educational, or rehabilitation setting preferred

  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care

Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
