Job Details
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. LPNs assist with patient assessments, perform routine clinical tasks, and ensure the comfort and safety of patients in various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications and treatments.

Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.

Provide basic bedside care, including wound care, dressing changes, and hygiene assistance.

Assist physicians and RNs during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.

Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).

Respond to patient needs, concerns, and emergencies promptly.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following infection control policies.

Educate patients and families on basic health and wellness instructions.

Support interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, quality patient care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Active LPN/LVN license.
-
BLS/CPR certification (as required).

Strong communication, time management, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced or high-stress environments.

Proficiency with EMR systems.
Pay Rate
$32.31 - $37.19/hour
