Registered Nurse – Unit Manager (RN Unit Manager)
The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. This role provides clinical leadership and supports a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on the assigned unit.

Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards.

Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations.

Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff.

Monitor patient outcomes, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and administration.

Address patient, family, and staff concerns in a professional manner.

Assist with staff orientation, training, and ongoing competency development.

Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of state, federal, and accreditation standards.
Pay Rate
$59.52 - $64.40/hour
