Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and support patient recovery while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Document nursing care and update patient records accurately.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and ensure safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with physicians and allied healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery.
Qualifications:
• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$65.20 - $68.40/hour
