Registered Nurse (Psychiatric)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality psychiatric nursing care to patients in mental health and behavioral health settings. The RN will assess patient needs, administer treatments, monitor progress, and support a safe and therapeutic environment while working closely with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, and treatment administration.

Observe and document patient behavior, symptoms, and responses to interventions.

Administer medications safely and accurately.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other care team members on treatment plans.

Assist in crisis intervention and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Educate patients and families on treatment goals, medications, and coping strategies.

Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation.
Qualifications:

Current RN license (active and unrestricted).

Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing preferred.

Strong communication, assessment, and crisis-management skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$51.91 - $55.11/hour
