Registered Nurse (Psychiatric)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality psychiatric nursing care to patients in behavioral health settings. The RN will assess patient needs, administer medications, support treatment plans, and ensure a safe therapeutic environment while working closely with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct psychiatric nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring patient status.

Administer prescribed medications and document patient responses accurately.

Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization efforts as needed.

Collaborate with physicians, mental health professionals, and care teams to coordinate patient care plans.

Maintain detailed and timely documentation of patient progress and interventions.

Educate patients and families on treatment goals, coping strategies, and care instructions.

Promote a safe, supportive environment consistent with mental health best practices.
Qualifications:

Current RN license (active and unrestricted).

Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing preferred.

Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and in fast-paced environments.

BLS certification required.
Pay Rate
$51.91 - $55.11/hour
