Job description:
Position: RN - Program Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 12 week
Shift: AM (08:00 - 15:30)
Weekly hours - 36 hrs
Job Overview:
This position coordinates the patient care services, workflow, and activities provided by nursing and support staff of assigned program. This position provides guidance, support, and direction to staff to ensure consistent provision of developmentally appropriate quality patient care in accordance with all applicable federal, regulatory, and professional standards and requirements.
Duties
- Coordinate and oversee patient care activities and workflow for the assigned program.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based nursing practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor program operations, identify process improvements, and support staff education.
- Maintain accurate documentation and facilitate communication between departments.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with a minimum of three years of clinical experience in acute care settings such as hospitals or critical care environments.
- 2 years of pediatric experience required
- AHA BLS
Pay Rate
$76.18 - $79.38/hour
