General job duties. Types of procedures required.
Assist in circulating and scrubbing for pain clinic procedures including: radio frequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials, steroid injections, kyphoplastys, MLD cases. Administration of IV sedation, monitoring, and recovery.

Pain clinic is an outpatient procedure center we do some minor surgical procedures including kypholplasty’s, MILD procedures, and spinal chord stimulator trials. Ideally the candidate has experience with scrubbing, maintaining a sterile field, and monitoring IV sedation/recovering the patient. We can teach circulating and documentation easily. An OR RN would maybe be overqualified, but we would take them. Other procedure-based nurses like those for Endoscopy and Interventional Radiology (IR) would be great fits.

EPIC, barcode scanning.

Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Experience with procedures preferred.

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
ACLS required.

Shift or schedule requirements.
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.

Floating to over units/departments.
No

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
Average daily census through clinic is 90 patients

Dress Code:
Navy scrubs
