Two (2) years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience

Two (2) years of conscious sedation experience
Required Education

Associate’s Degree (ASN or ADN) from an accredited nursing program
Required Certifications & Licensure

New York State RN License

Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from the NYS Department of Education (NYSED)

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
-
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pay Rate
$90.16 - $95.04/hour
