Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Practice Educator (LTC)

Job Summary:
The RN Nurse Practice Educator (NPE) supports clinical excellence within the long-term care facility by providing training, education, and guidance to nursing staff. This role ensures that all clinical practices align with regulatory standards and promote quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct orientation and ongoing training for nursing staff.

Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure compliance with care standards.

Provide clinical coaching and mentorship to improve staff skills.

Assist with developing and updating care policies and procedures.

Support quality improvement initiatives and resident care outcomes.

Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and facility protocols.

Collaborate with leadership to identify and address educational needs.
Qualifications:
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

2 years of LTC or skilled nursing experience required.

Prior educator, preceptor, or leadership experience preferred.

Current BLS/CPR certification.

Strong clinical, communication, and teaching skills.
Pay Rate
$57.15 - $60.35/hour
