General Job Duties:
OASIS admissions, all time points, episode management, dr calls and coordination of care, documentation in EMR timely, clinical competencies in wound, IV, ports, Lab draws, chronic disease management
Required Skills:
RN experienced in home health and acute care
Required Licensure:
RN in WI
Nurse To Patient Ratio (nursing only):
20-25

Scrubs or professional casual
