Registered Nurse (Critical Care)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in critical or intensive care settings. The RN will assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex and life-threatening conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to critically ill or unstable patients in ICU or step-down units.

Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and laboratory results.

Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments according to physician orders.

Operate and manage ventilators, central lines, and other advanced medical equipment.

Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and perform emergency interventions as needed.

Document assessments, care provided, and patient progress accurately.

Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
Qualifications:

Current RN license (active and unrestricted).

Minimum of one year of experience in critical care, ICU, or step-down nursing preferred.

Proficiency in advanced patient assessment and use of critical care equipment.

BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN certification preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay Rate
$68.13 - $71.33/hour
