Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Med Surg) to provide high-quality care to patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions. The RN will assess patient needs, administer treatments, monitor progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical unit.

Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor vital signs and patient status.

Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments accurately and safely.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing interventions.

Promote a safe and supportive environment that encourages recovery and patient well-being.
Qualifications:
-
Current RN license (active and unrestricted).

Minimum of one year of experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Ability to manage multiple patients and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay Rate
$61.54 - $64.74/hour
