Charting: EPIC experience is required.
Certs: BLS is required.
Specifics: Need to be able to take a 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio for MedSurg. 26 beds. Specializes in the care of patients post PCI, pacemakers, AICDS, post MI as well as cardiac pharmacological inventions.
Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
IV therapy/Phlebotomy:Peripheral Line Care/Management
Respiratory: Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management
