Start Date: within 2 wks of offer or before
Bill Rate $84 before AV fee
Unit; GI Lab- Endoscopy experience and Tele experience
Scheduled details 8hr Day, 40hrs per week
Experience Requirements: 2 yrs of GI Lab/Endoscopy and Tele experience; Admission and recovery required,Because we do give moderate sedation will have to pass an EKG test first day
License/ Certification Requirements: Active IL lic, CPR ACLS Epic experience

Equipment: Olympus Scopes, Endo supplies from a variety of the commonly known manufacturers
Notes: Epic experience, no more than 7days off
Floating Requirements: no
Weekend Requirements: no

$53.49 - $56.69/hour
