Location: Glenview, IL
Class/Area: RN-CVOR
Bill Rate: $107 Call Bill Rate $10 before AV fees, minimum call back 2hrs
Desired Start Date: 12/28
Length of Assignment: 8 wks
Hours per Week: 40hrs per week
Shift and Time: M- F x 4 (0630-5P)
Weekend Rotation: on call
On-call Requirements: 1 month schedule 15-18 days(including weekends) must be within 30 mins of hospital
Holidays Requirements: N/A
Floating Requirements: N/A
Experience Required: Epic, 2 yrs plus years, 1 travel contract under belt, Must be proficient experience in Cardiac-Open Heart and Endo Vascular/ Open Vascular procedures
License Required: IL RN License
Certificates Required: BLS,
Client Specific Details: Great strong team working at Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview is 28miles to chicago
Orientation: any day during week
Credentials: Due Thursday before start date, Need CBC,DS and QuantiFERON gold - within in 90 days
