Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients with injuries, illnesses, or functional limitations. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with the care team to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, safety standards, and best practices
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, rehabilitation, or home health settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality rehabilitative care
Pay Rate
$50.56 - $55.44/hour
