Job Description:
We are seeking an Outpatient Physicial Therapist to work 40 hours - 5 8's or 4 10's acceptable, but two days a week the schedule must end at 7:00pm. Suggested schedule is : Mondays and Wednesdays 10:30a-7p, Tues, Thurs and Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. No weeeknds , no holidays, no on-call.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 year with experience in outpatient setting preferred.
Education: Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy program
Certification / License: current MA PT License & BLS certification required
