Job Summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. The PT works collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders

  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training

  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

  • Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately in medical records

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals to ensure coordinated care

  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements

  • Supervise and provide guidance to physical therapy assistants (PTAs) and support staff as applicable

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

  • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (state-specific)

  • Ability to meet background, health, and physical requirements

  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

Pay Rate
$60.28 - $65.16/hour
