Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients with physical injuries, disabilities, or movement limitations. The PT will assess patient conditions, create individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to restore mobility, improve strength, and enhance overall physical function.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

Develop and execute personalized treatment plans focused on restoring function and mobility.

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and use of assistive equipment.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

Educate patients and families on exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care.

Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress reports.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist.

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation preferred.

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

BLS certification required.

Compassionate, patient-centered, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$63.74 - $66.94/hour
