Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitative care to patients with physical injuries, disabilities, or functional limitations. The PT will evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore physical function and prevent further injury.

Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises, gait training, and use of assistive devices.

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all care provided.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records while ensuring adherence to therapy standards.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist.

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum of one year of experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, exercise physiology, and patient care principles.

Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$60.08 - $63.28/hour
