Job Title: Physical Therapist
If candidate is local (within 50-miles from the facility) BR will be at the local rate\r\n\r\nOutpatient Experience is preferred. \r\nWill accept New Grads? No\r\nWill accept First Time Travelers? YEs \r\nCan this clinic take a PTA? NO\r\n\r\n36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. \r\nOT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. \r\nFloat to other clinics: Yes\r\nPatient Population: Outpatient \r\nProductivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
