Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or physical impairments. The PT will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to help patients restore mobility, function, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and therapy requirements.

Develop and execute personalized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, and mobility.

Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment for rehabilitation.

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current and active state license as a Physical Therapist (PT).

BLS certification required.

Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in rehabilitation or clinical settings preferred.
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
