Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. The PT will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapies to support recovery, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on restoring function and mobility.

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members to coordinate care.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to therapy standards.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist.

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered, and effective in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
