Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to help patients restore mobility, improve strength, and enhance overall physical function. The PT will evaluate patient needs, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to support recovery, reduce pain, and promote independence.
Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

Create and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and functional outcomes.

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.

Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and injury prevention.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate care.

Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist.

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred.

Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
-
Compassionate, patient-centered, and effective within a multidisciplinary care team.
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
