Job Title: Physical Therapist
Position details : postop, falls and balance, work comp
**Incentive-Facility will offer IAMT course for traveler. Will be a reimbursement.*
BONUS*Facility would like to offer a $##,000 completion bonus to the traveler after 16-weeks Terms: 576 hours in a 16-week period with no more than 2 call offs or tardies ; All Documentation must be completed in a timely manner and satisfactory.

Will accept First Time Travelers? YES
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Float to other clinics: No
Patient Population: Outpatient
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
