Physical Therapist – Outpatient
We are seeking a licensed and patient-focused Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in an outpatient clinical setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and support patients in achieving optimal functional outcomes through evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on response to treatment
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, manual therapy, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
Pay Rate
$59.71 - $64.58/hour
