GENERAL DUTIES: Under general supervision, prepares treatment plans and administers all physical therapy procedures for the full range of cases falling within the scope of a program for the treatment or prevention of physical disability of disease; performs evaluations and prepares testing summaries; may provide all physical therapy services for a hospital; and performs other related duties as assigned
