Home Health setting
General Job Duties:
Evaluate and treat patients, delegate to PTA when appropriate, complete all required documentation for regulatory and reimbursement requirements
Equipment utilized:
EMR with laptop provided
Required Skills:
Licensed PT, MI license or WI license based on location working
Unit Specific Training:
Documentation system and paperwork processes. Care conference meetings.
