Physical Therapist Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support the delivery of rehabilitative care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, and promote patient mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Responsibilities:

Carry out treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist, including therapeutic exercises and mobility training.

Monitor patient responses to therapy and document progress accurately.

Assist patients with strengthening, balance, and functional movement activities.

Communicate any changes in patient condition to the supervising PT.

Educate patients and families on exercises, safety techniques, and home programs.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized therapy environment.
Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license or certification.

Previous experience in rehab, outpatient, or acute care preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-support skills.

Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively with the therapy team.
Pay Rate
$41.28 - $46.16/hour
