Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a supportive and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will guide patients through therapeutic exercises, assist with treatment techniques, and provide encouragement throughout the rehabilitation process.
Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional activities.

Monitor patient responses and report progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Document treatments and patient outcomes accurately and promptly.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe movement strategies.

Help maintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean, safe treatment environment.

Support a positive and motivating atmosphere to promote patient rehabilitation.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.

Experience in rehabilitation or therapy settings preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary therapy team.
Pay Rate
$39.58 - $42.78/hour
