Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support the delivery of rehabilitative care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, help patients improve mobility and function, and promote recovery through therapeutic exercises and education.
Responsibilities:

Assist in carrying out individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist.

Instruct and guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities.

Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising therapist.

Provide support with mobility training, balance improvement, and use of assistive devices.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient responses.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and preventive care.

Ensure patient comfort and safety during therapy sessions.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation or therapy setting preferred.

Knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities.

Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.

Ability to motivate patients and foster a positive therapeutic environment.
Pay Rate
$32.26 - $35.46/hour
