Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Physical Therapist Assistant to help implement treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall physical function. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, providing hands-on care, guiding therapeutic exercises, and encouraging patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Responsibilities:

Assist in carrying out individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist.

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.

Monitor patient performance and report progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.

Help maintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean, safe treatment environment.

Support a positive and encouraging atmosphere to promote patient success.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.

Prior experience in a rehabilitation or therapy setting preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.

Ability to follow treatment plans accurately and work effectively as part of a therapy team.
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
