Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist with treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, track progress, and help promote safe and effective recovery.
Responsibilities:

Carry out therapeutic exercises and interventions as outlined by the Physical Therapist.

Assist patients with mobility training, strengthening activities, and functional tasks.

Document patient performance and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT.

Help maintain patient safety and encourage participation during treatment sessions.

Support the PT in developing and adjusting therapy plans based on patient response.

Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Experience in rehabilitation or therapy settings preferred.

Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.

Ability to work well with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
