Position Summary:The Pharmacist will play a key role in medication management, patient education, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
Accurately dispense medications per legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) to improve patient outcomes.
Monitor treatment progress and recommend medication adjustments.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
Manage pharmacy inventory efficiently, ensuring availability and minimizing waste.
Provide education related to physiology and medication therapy.
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited program.
Active Pharmacist License in Oregon.
Solid understanding of clinical pharmacy principles and medical management.
Excellent communication and patient service skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary care teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of PioneerRx software.
Experience with compounding medications.
Schedule & Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
30-minute unpaid break
