Job Title: Pharmacist
PHARMACIST - Burlington, MA ? Evening M-F 2:00p- 10:30p- weekends as needed) 26 Weeks
Education: MA Pharmacy License required
Experience: 1 years required; Hospital experience preferred
infusion center, hospital or outpatient,
experience with Epic
hazardous sterile compounding (both preparation and verification),
clinical review/verification of oncology/ambulatory clinic orders for adult patients.
Facility is not accepting local candidates.
Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
COVID Vaccines Booster required at time of submission.
2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start.
