Position Summary:
We are seeking a PET/CT Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a well-established outpatient imaging facility in Hagerstown, MD. This role requires an individual with CNMT certification and a Maryland state license. PET/CT experience is not required but is welcomed, and training will be provided if needed. This weekday-only position offers consistent hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a stable schedule in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform PET/CT and CT exams following standard imaging protocols (training available if needed).
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver accurate diagnostic results.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment in compliance with industry standards.
• Document and verify imaging results in the facility’s system.
Required Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree in CNMT training or a related field.
• Active CNMT certification and Maryland state license (or eligibility to obtain).
• 0-1 year of experience in nuclear medicine or PET/CT imaging (training available).
• Basic knowledge of performing PET/CT and CT exams (willing to train the right candidate).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent patient care.
