Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and help improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out individualized treatment plans.

Lead patients through exercises and therapeutic activities to support rehabilitation goals.

Observe and document patient responses, progress, and changes in condition.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and mobility techniques.

Maintain a safe, encouraging, and supportive therapy environment.

Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure consistent and effective patient care.
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Current and active state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

BLS certification required.
-
Strong communication, observation, and patient care skills.

Experience in rehabilitation or clinical settings preferred.
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
