Director of Rehabilitation (Permanent)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to oversee daily operations of therapy services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The Director will manage staff, coordinate patient care, ensure high-quality clinical outcomes, and support program growth while maintaining smooth workflow and regulatory compliance within the rehab department.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and mentor therapy staff across all rehab disciplines.
• Oversee patient care delivery, scheduling, and department operations.
• Monitor clinical performance, documentation quality, and treatment outcomes.
• Support program development, efficiency improvements, and team collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, staff, and care teams to support optimal service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Active license in PT, OT, SLP, or PTA/OTA.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in rehabilitation settings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of therapy operations, documentation standards, and workflow management.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
