Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges. The OT will evaluate patients’ abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to perform daily living and work-related activities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities, fine motor skills, coordination, and cognitive functioning

Provide therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive strategies to enhance independence in activities of daily living (ADLs)

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
-
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care

Promote a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for patients during therapy sessions

Stay current with best practices, therapy techniques, and relevant technologies
Qualifications:

Current and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license

Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Prior experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred

Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Compassionate, patient-focused approach with commitment to quality care
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
