Job Description:
The therapy department at Presidential Post Acute located in Marion Ohio is currently looking for a qualified full time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. We service both long and short term residents at our facility. Applicants need to be licensed in the State of Ohio and meet facility and state guidelines. You will be responsible for screening, assessing, and evaluating admissions and LT residents with specific needs and deficits, establish an appropriate Plan of Care, provide daily treatments, complete timely documentation/billing, and complete necessary patient and caregiver education.
