Job Description:
MSW will work 40 hours/week in a 7-bed free-standing inpatient Hospice facility (Morrison House) in Zanesville, Ohio. Morrison House is a department within Genesis HealthCare System and is the only designated inpatient care available in the six counties Genesis serves. Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling required, along with Ohio license (LSW/LPC). The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) regulations stipulate that any newly hired Hospice Social Worker must have at least one full year of experience as a licensed Social Worker, so we cannot consider new grads for the position.
Morrison House offers a comfortable, state of the art, home-like environment and is staffed around the clock with nurses and patient care technicians. Social workers and chaplains are also part of the care team. Morrison House includes:

• Private patio gardens outside each patient room
